Sand Removals

Used to catch and extract sand from the water. High rated sanded water enters to a decanting chamber allowing the sand to sediment at the bottom. At this stage, the sand is ?washed?, retained and the water flow returns to the system washing in its path the retained sand.

A low-speed rotating screw gathers the solids from the bottom of the pond and moves them out in a continuous way. Clarified water passes through the interior landfill and goes out through the pond´s upper part.
